At last, the long awaited Paper Mache Armor and Prop Tutorial!
I've had a lot of practice with this method, and this is the formula that works best for me, so I hope it can help you build your armor and props with ease. I really enjoy working with my hands and making armor pieces using various methods, so please don't hesitate to ask questions if you have any - I'll be glad to answer them!
Tutorial and all images therein are Copyright Fire Lily and FireLilyCosplay.com.

Do you mean the straps? I took some pieces of vinyl and riveted them to the pauldron using a hammer and some rivets (you have to make some small holes in the pauldron for the rivets to go through, then pound them together with the hammer).
Thank you for this tutorial! I have been struggling with some props for a community theatre show I am working on. I think this might solidify my foam (instead of cardboard) technique just a little bit more. Thank you!
Oh dear gosh. This tutorial was so helpful and made my Sayaka cosplay so much less intimidating. I wonder why I didn't see it a few months back when I was considering cosplaying Calhoun, after watching Wreck-it-Ralph >8I Must've put in the wrong keywords or something. But dear gosh this was so helpful and just lskafjasl thank you for making it~~<333 ;w;
